On the foot steps of Dacians
I invite you to interweave the past and the present discovering the
story of Dacians in which imagination harmoniously combines with the
historical facts and reality bears us on the foot steps of this
civilization which formed the people of Romania.
So, during this journey we will visit monuments and historical sites
that relate to our ancestors, Dacians, but also other monuments of
this beautiful country named Romania. We will focus the remote
periods of history by visiting the ruins of the capital of Dacia,
Sarmizegetusa, we will go through medieval citadels, Cluj-Napoca,
Turda, Sebeş, we will remember how Romania was unified in 1600 by
the romanian Mihai Viteazul by visiting the History Museum from Alba
Iulia, we will discover the ecumenical side of the area, moving on
to the monastery Prislop and church Densus built of stone from
Sarmizegetusa, whose origins are still not known. Otherwise, we will
not forget who was the pioneer in global aviation, Romanian Aurel
Vlaicu and we will visit his native house. These are just some of
the wonderful places that I invite you to discover together. The
brave can try a little adrenaline and making a flight paragliding or
climbing.
